Terms of Service

Welcome to AI Monkey platform management tool provided by I.T. Leader Technology Limited (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "the Company"). Please carefully read the following Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms"). Your use of this service indicates your agreement to be bound by all provisions of these Terms.

1. Service Description

  1. This service is an AI-powered platform management tool that provides social media management, AI automatic replies, post comment monitoring, and other functions.
  2. We reserve the right to update or modify service content from time to time according to business needs. Any significant changes will be notified to users through website announcements or other reasonable means.
  3. Users confirm that they have understood and recognized the service functions and fee models before using this service, and agree to pay fees according to the fee standards published by the Company.

2. User Registration and Account Management

  1. Users must provide true, accurate, and complete registration information, and update relevant information in a timely manner. Any losses caused by providing false information shall be borne by the users themselves.
  2. Users should properly keep their account and password, and be fully responsible for all activities conducted through their account. If unauthorized use of the account is discovered, users should immediately notify the Company.
  3. Each user can only register one account. Transferring, lending to others, or using for any illegal activities is prohibited.
  4. If a user has not used their account for 12 consecutive months, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the service for that account.

3. Service Usage Rules

  1. Users should reasonably use this service according to its intended purpose, and shall not use it for any activities that violate laws and regulations, infringe upon others' rights, or disrupt the normal operation of the service.
  2. The following activities are prohibited when using this service:
    • Publishing or disseminating illegal, obscene, insulting, defamatory, violent, or other inappropriate information;
    • Infringing upon others' copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other legitimate rights and interests;
    • Unauthorized access or attempting to access undisclosed features or data of this service;
    • Writing or disseminating viruses or other destructive programs;
    • Other behaviors that we deem inappropriate.
  3. Users should ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations when using this service, and bear full responsibility for their own actions.

4. Fees and Power System

  1. This service adopts a power system fee model. Users need to purchase power to use various AI functions, with different functions consuming different amounts of power.
  2. All fee standards are subject to those published on the website. We reserve the right to adjust fee standards, and any changes will be announced 7 days in advance.
  3. Once power is purchased, it cannot be refunded or exchanged, and cannot be converted into cash or other forms of value.
  4. Users can obtain reward power by completing designated tasks. The reward rules are subject to those published on the website.
  5. The use of promotional codes must comply with relevant activity rules, and we reserve the final right of interpretation for promotional codes.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  1. All intellectual property rights of this service (including but not limited to software, text, images, trademarks, patents, etc.) are owned by the Company.
  2. Users only obtain a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this service. Without written authorization, they may not copy, modify, disseminate, or use for other commercial purposes.
  3. The intellectual property rights of content published by users through this service belong to the users, but users grant the Company the right to use such content in the process of providing services.

6. Privacy Protection

  1. We will protect users' personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy. See "Privacy Policy" for details.
  2. Users agree that we collect, use, and store their personal information within the necessary scope of providing services.
  3. Unless required by law or with user permission, we will not disclose users' personal information to third parties.

7. Service Interruption and Termination

  1. We will make every effort to ensure the stable operation of the service, but do not guarantee the continuity and error-free nature of the service.
  2. To maintain service quality, we may conduct system maintenance, and advance notice will be given.
  3. If users violate these Terms, we have the right to take measures such as warnings, function restrictions, temporary freezing, or permanent termination of service, without refunding any fees paid.
  4. Users can apply to terminate service use at any time, but must notify us 7 days in advance. Purchased power will not be refunded.
  5. We do not assume liability for compensation if service interruption or termination is caused by force majeure, legal changes, or other reasons not attributable to us.

8. Disclaimer

  1. This service only provides technical tools. Users are fully responsible for all results arising from their use of this service.
  2. We make no express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of this service.
  3. We do not assume liability for compensation for any indirect losses (including but not limited to profit loss, business interruption, etc.) caused by the use or inability to use this service.
  4. We are not responsible for the content and security of third-party websites or services, and users access such websites at their own risk.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  1. The establishment, validity, interpretation, and execution of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
  2. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center for arbitration in accordance with its arbitration rules.
  3. The arbitration award is final and binding on both parties.

10. Other Terms

  1. These Terms constitute the complete agreement between both parties regarding this service, superseding all previous oral or written agreements.
  2. If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it does not affect the validity of other parts.
  3. Our failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
